From observation by Bernama, majority of the constituents  want an elected representative who is efficient and capable of resolving their problems, no matter which political parties they are affiliated with. Kampung Baru Balakong Development and Security Committee chairman  Aw Fui Koon (she), 50, said flash floods had become a norm for residents in Balakong during the rainy season.
