SHAH ALAM -- After 21 days of campaigning, 50,692 ordinary voters in Seri Setia and 62,160 others in Balakong are expected to cast their votes at their respective state by-elections Saturday. The voting centres in both the Selangor state constituencies will open from 8am to 5.30pm. There will be 18 polling centres with 115 channels in Seri Setia, while Balakong will see 16 such centres with 129 channels.
